In Bloom
Fasten your seatbelts, Brides! If you’re getting married in 2019 there’s some all-star trends you might just want to get your hands on. There’s no denying that the Royal Wedding of 2018 has left its signature on Bridal Fashion as we know it. The Royal influence is still clear to see. If you want to channel your inner Princess, 2019 really is the time to do!
Think Tiaras, capes, you get the picture. Outside of Royal Wedding Fever, Bridal Fashion Week in New York this year included something for every Bride. A very inclusive collection. Whether you’re a boho, modern, glam, minimal, tomboy or classic Bride, the 2019 collections won’t disappoint. Trust us!
3D, geometric, floral embroideries were a strong focus, especially for Bridal Houses such as Pronovias. Their In Bloom collection is to die for (quite literally). Instilling a sense of dream-like wonder, the craftsmanship is astonishing.
In Bloom by Pronovias is almost like a piece of art; so intricate, detailed and stunning. You have to take a moment to take in all the wonder.
We salute Pronovias!
Jumpsuits
Now get ready for 2019’s other Bridal trend….Jumpsuits. This is about channelling your inner Cara Delevingne. It’s been said that she ‘broke tradition’ at last year’s Royal Wedding by wearing a tuxedo as a wedding guest. Wearing a jumpsuit as a Bride we think has the same effect. It’s, potentially, not everyone’s number one choice, however they are here to stay. Almost every collection at Bridal Fashion Week included a jumpsuit.
We say, meet in the middle – they’re the perfect after-party look – it’s time to get shopping!

Separates
Separates are continuing to make a splash in the Bridal Fashion scene.
No, we’re not talking the early 90’s look that us millennials used to wear (now there’s a confession). On a serious note, Separates on your Weeding Day is an eclectic, boho-infused, trend to take note of for 2019. From BHLDN, to Cushnie, and Willowby by Watters, the ‘crop-top’ has been reinvented by this year’s Bridal Fashion Week.
Some Designers showcased a very festival meets beach, inspired look, while other Bridal houses opted for effortless, demure, two-pieces. The choice is yours.
We can see many of you beauties pulling this look off, especially if you’re getting married somewhere hot and super chic! Be sure to let us know.
Fringing
There’s nothing more feminine than detailing such as this and Bridal Fashion Week showed-off fringe accents, right the way through to full coverage. Fringing catches the light and moves so elegantly. If you’re looking for a romantic dress for your special day, fringing is the way to go.
How could you not love it!
